At Peerpeertr S.L. (hereinafter, "Peerpeertr") we process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), in force in Spain in 2026.

2. Purposes of processing
Peerpeertr processes personal data for the following purposes: management of user registration on the online platform, sending of the informational newsletter on the real estate sector, handling of enquiries received through forms and fulfilment of applicable legal obligations in Spain.
3. Legal basis
The processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject, on the performance of pre-contractual relationships requested by the user and on the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to the controller.
4. Data retention
Personal data is kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the legal terms applicable to the informational and commercial activity in Spain.
5. Recipients
Peerpeertr does not transfer personal data to third parties, except by legal obligation or when necessary for the provision of the digital service through contracted technological providers, all of them located within the European Economic Area.
6. Rights of the data subjects
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by sending a request to contacto@peerpeertr.com. They may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security measures
Peerpeertr applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss or undue alteration.
